Piers has expertise in a broad range of transactional commercial property work.  His experience includes acting for landowners, trustees and charity trustees, developers and investors in relation to sales and acquisitions, strategic land transactions and development agreements, diversification and estate management work; multinational, national and SME public and private companies in connection with corporate transactions; property investors in relation to portfolio transactions, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, finance and refinance work; landlords and tenants in relation to new leases, assignments, renewals and leasehold management matters.
