Jason specialises in dispute resolution and has acted for Claimants and Defendants, companies and individuals on a range of disputes, including contractual disputes, partnership disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, construction matters, regulatory disputes, insurance and agricultural matters.

Jason is a member of Tees’ highly regarded Rural team and assists in the running of the NFU LAS Call First scheme in which telephone advice is provided to a wide range of rural clients.

He has a particular specialism in anti-doping matters, and has represented UK and international level athletes in tribunals.  He has also represented retired athletes in contractual disputes.
