Mr. Seongcheol Park has successfully represented clients in numerous complicated litigation and arbitration cases. In particular, he specializes in constitution and human rights, administrative disputes as well as constitutional and administrative litigation involving various regulations, policies, and administrative actions.

Mr. Park has extensive experience in the field of construction and real estate industry, and has accumulated know-how in complex disputes involving urban planning and development and maintenance projects, PE projects, and private investment projects, where he understands the overall structure of the project and provides the best possible solution to the difficulties. He has a record of winning in many challenging and important cases  involving universities and schools, educational administration, school corporate management and operation, and the status of the faculty and teachers.  He has also been recognized for providing comprehensive and strategic solutions to disputes in the entertainment (film, drama, entertainment management), sports and media, broadcasting and telecommunications, and pharmaceutical and medical sectors.

Mr. Park has won highly contested and difficult cases in the areas of environment, labor, taxation, labor relations, privacy, financial regulation, R&D payments, and state and public contracts. He also has a strong track record of winning in constitutional appeals, administrative proceedings and administrative appeals involving government ministries, public corporations, and public institutions. He has won several constitutional court decisions that overturn existing laws and precedents, and several Supreme Court remand decisions in favor of clients.

With an interest in future industries, he has expanded his scope of practice to advise and litigate new industry regulations, and has been closely involved in corporate compliance and ethical management, ESG, public policy and legislative support, human rights violation and protection cases, internal investigations, and media and crisis response.

Mr. Park has proven his expertise by serving as counsel to various government ministries and public institutions and as a member of administrative committees. As a principal researcher, he is also actively involved in legislative services to establish national policies in the fields of education, inter-Korean relations, political diplomacy, and judicial administration.
