Family Law, Bournemouth

Position

Adam Cooper is a solicitor who advises clients on all aspects of family law, including advising on divorce and financial matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and the breakdown of cohabiting, non-married relationships.

Adam has a particular interest in helping clients to resolve disagreements about children, including who they live with or spend time with, how often they should spend time with each parent, and where they should live (for example where one parent may wish to relocate to another part of the UK or abroad). Adam also advises in relation to disputes on specific issues such as schooling, holidays or changing a child’s name.
