Ros joined Gilbert + Tobin in 2008 and became a Partner in 2010. She previously worked as a senior associate at a top-tier Australian law firm in the Banking + Finance group. Ros has also participated in secondments with investments banks in both Sydney and London as part of their project finance teams and specialising in derivatives and capital market transactions.

Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in February 1997.

Partner with experience in a wide range of banking and financing transactions including PPP, project finance, structured transactions and corporate and leveraged finance. Ros acts on a range of projects acting for both borrowers and lenders, predominantly in the infrastructure sector. In structured finance she is involved in advising on asset finance transactions as well as principal to principal transactions.

Ros holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales (1995). Ros has also completed the Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment at FINSIA.
