Mr. Guo received his Bachelor degree and Master degree from Peking University in 1999 and 2002 respectively.
He is an invited expert of the “Belt and Road” Enterprise Service Center of the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC.
He was also invited by relevant competent authorities of the PRC to provide expert advice on the legislation of relevant tax laws.
He is a member of the Overseas Legal Experts Pool of the Beijing Lawyers Association.
He is also a China Tax Advisor. And he delivers speeches in many tax seminars.
