Mr. Huang Lixin is a partner of Haiwen & Partners. Mr. Huang has over 25 years of legal experiences with practising areas focusing on securities offerings, merger & acquisitions, banking & finance and general corporate matters.
Mr. Huang joined Haiwen in 2007 as a partner. Before joining Haiwen, Mr. Huang worked at the Hong Kong and Beijing offices of Herbert Smith, a renowned international firm, from 1996 to 2007.

Mr. Huang's native language is Mandarin, and he speaks English fluently.
Education
Mr. Huang obtained a LL.B degree from Remin University of China in 1993, and obtained a LL.M degree from University of International Business and Economics in 1996. He also received a PCLL diploma from Hong Kong University in 2001. Mr. Huang is dually qualified as a PRC lawyer and a Hong Kong solicitor.
