Eric is a partner of Haiwen & Partners. His main practice area includes cross-board mergers & acquisitions and investments, general corporate and financial regulations.
Eric has over 24 years of legal experiences. Prior to joining Haiwen, Eric was a partner with one of the “Magic Circle” firms, Linklaters, and was the managing partner of Zhao Sheng Law Firm, whose has a joint operation with Linklaters in China. Before that, Eric worked with a well-known financial institution and a couple of PRC leading law firms.

Eric’s native language is Mandarin, and he speaks English fluently.
Education
Eric obtained his LL.B. degree from Shanghai University in 1998 and his LL.M degree from University of Bristol in 2004.
