Diwakar is a corporate and commercial partner in our Dubai office. He has extensive experience in handling complex M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions and general corporate matters across the Middle East, North Africa and India.
He has a broad range of sector expertise across a wide variety of industry sectors and in particular healthcare, mining, manufacturing, construction services and technology. In addition, Diwakar has advised clients on real estate and infrastructure projects including advising on integrated tourism complex projects and power and water projects in Oman.
Diwakar is dually qualified in India and in England and Wales and he is an alumni of the National Law School of India University and also a British Chevening scholar.
