Murtaza is a managing associate within the global finance practice and is based in Dubai.

He specialises in advising on complex secured financings and debt capital market transactions for clients operating across a wide range of industries including real estate, energy and transport and trade. He regularly advises on syndicated and bilateral loan facility agreements, portfolio acquisitions, re-financing of existing facilities and loan restructurings.

Murtaza has acted for local and international financial institutions and borrowers on a range of debt and securitisation structures involving senior and junior loan aspects. These include syndicated and bilateral cross-border transactions.
