Chris is a corporate lawyer specialising in private equity and growth capital. He advises companies, individuals, management teams and institutional investors on all aspects of private equity transactions, including MBOs, MBI’s, bolt-on acquisitions, investments and exits.

Chris has a broad range of experience across several industry sectors but has particular experience in the technology and healthcare sectors and is a member of the firm’s technology sector core team.

Chris regularly advises PE houses in the mid-market and lower mid-market such as Elysian Capital, FPE Capital, Pelican Capital and bd-capital, as well as growth capital providers such as BGF. Chris has also advised management teams on several large cap PE deals.
