Julien Vandenbussche is a partner with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, financial law and funds structuring.

He advises his clients in financial regulation and the structuring of investment funds, advising domestic and foreign financial institutions on the creation / approval of management and advisory companies, as well as on the structuring, creation, documentation and distribution of open and closed end investment funds (private equity, infrastructure, real estate, funds of funds or private debt) whether French or not. He advises sponsors and investors on their investments in such funds.

He also advises these actors in their relations with regulators.
