Justin is a corporate partner in the Hong Kong office. He is admitted as solicitor in both Hong Kong and Australia. He has acted for many major investment banks and corporations in corporate finance transactions including Hong Kong initial public offerings, spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions and other listed company compliance matters associated with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

Justin has extensive experience advising issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings and other corporate finance transactions across different industries including TMT, healthcare and energy.

Justin holds a Master of Law from the Renmin University of China and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Monash University.

He is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
