Devender has over 15 years of experience in the field of GST, Foreign Trade Policy, DGFT, RBI, FEMA, and Customs related matters. He is providing legal and professional consultancy services in the field of Indirect taxation, FEMA, Commercial Laws etc.
His core areas of expertise are Foreign Trade Policy which include opinion and consultancy in the field of Import and Export related matters, presenting the case in PRC (Policy Relaxation Committee); issuance of Advance Authorization for duty free import of Raw Materials, EPCG authorization for duty free import of Capital Goods, MEIS authorization the exports incentives for goods exporters, ROSL, SEIS authorization the exports incentives for service exporters; DGFT related matter which includes filling of Appeal, Filling of Review Application, and issuance of Restricted Import and Exports authorization, issuance of permission towards exports of SCOMET items.
Career
Devender is involved in setting of up SEZ Unit on PAN India basis by Preparing of setting up Application, Project Reports, and permission from Development Commissioners for setting up of SEZ units. He has vast experience to handle matters related to various RBI approvals under FEMA and investigations by ED and DRI and tax litigations which include filling of appeals, dealing with department, issuance of approvals etc.
Mr. Kumar also holds vast experience in Customs and GST related work. He deals in matters of Customs which include filling of appeals, dealing with customs department, issuance of IR/SVB Order in the case of import from related suppliers and GST matters which include GST Registration, GST Refunds, filling of GST Returns, annual returns GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C, dealing with GST Department, Handling of Anti –Evasion Cases, Filling of GST Commissioner Appeal and all related work to GST Compliances.
