Anjaneya specializes in litigation before High Court(s), Debt Recovery Tribunals, Debt Recovery

Appellate Tribunal, Company Law Board, and other Tribunals, particularly Central

Administrative Tribunals, Arbitration, State Consumer dispute Redressal Commission(s) and

National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.

Anjaneya in his professional career of around 9 years has handled high‐stakes corporate clients

of national and international repute. He has had the opportunity to represent several

professional bodies, as well as corporate clients in various juridical forums and has been

instrumental in the amicable resolution of several disputes. His recent assignments include

contesting/defending individual and corporate clients before Debt Recovery Tribunals and

Appellate Tribunals operating in banking sector which include some major Nationalized Banks.

He has represented/consented for Nationalized Banks before the DRT, DRAT, High Courts.

Anjaneya has handled several litigation matters related to real estate / IT / automotive /

education / oil and gas and various other sectors.
