He is an independent counsel/pleader for various high stake litigation before the Supreme Court of India, High Court(s), Company Courts, Company Law Board, BIFR, AAIFR, DRT, DRAT, TDSAT and State Consumer Commission(s) and National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. Rakesh has handled high-stakes corporate clients of national and international repute. During his professional carrier, he has represented several professional bodies, as well as corporate clients in various judicial forums and has been instrumental in bringing restructuring of many corporate houses amicably. He has handled various premier assignments of inbound and outbound investments from India.
