He also handles real estate joint ventures and development, equity capital markets, debts and corporate restructurings, banking and finance, corporate advisory, and general commercial transactions.

Weng Hwee was recently recognised in the “Hall of Fame” for Real Estate,  Construction, and Corporate and M&A practices and was also ranked as a “Leading Individual” in Capital Markets practice in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2024 rankings.
