Wan Xin, a key practitioner in the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets Practice Group, graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol and holds a Certificate in Legal Practice. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.

Wan Xin commenced her legal practice in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, where she developed a strong foundation in banking and financial services. She later transitioned to focus on capital markets, where she has cultivated a well-rounded practice alongside the practice head, Tay Weng Hwee, and Bella Chu. Her work spans a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on equity and debt capital markets.

In the equity capital markets domain, Wan Xin regularly leads the team in advising on initial public offerings, secondary offerings, related party transactions, and compliance with continuing listing requirements. She is adept at overseeing legal due diligence and has substantial experience in drafting transaction and disclosure documents.
