Li Min is the Deputy Director, Senior Partner, and Attorney at Beijing Zhonglun W&D Law Firm. He graduated from the School of Architecture and the School of Law at Tsinghua University and has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Wealth Management Professional Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association.His primary practice areas encompass insurance, asset securitization, corporate  investment and mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction engineering, trust business, litigation and arbitration, and long-term legal advisory services.

In the fields of insuranceIn, Attorney Li Min has provided comprehensive legal services for companies such as China Life Insurance Company, China Life Insurance Company, Huaxia Life Insurance Company, Tian'an Life Insurance Company, Union Life Insurance Company, China United Property Insurance Company, and Kunlun Health Insurance Company, covering real estate, pension, debt investment plans, equity investment plans, asset-backed plans, and other projects.

He served as the Independent Supervisor for various insurance fund investment projects, including Huaxia Jiuying-PKU Resources Guangdong South China Mall Commercial Real Estate Debt Investment Plan and Huaxia Jiuying-Yiwu Port Bypass Highway Infrastructure Debt Investment Plan, and possesses extensive experience in providing legal services for independent supervisor projects. Additionally, Attorney Li Min provided full-process services, including due diligence, negotiations, agreement drafting, and issuing legal opinions, on behalf of an insurance company in its acquisition of a 25% equity stake in Bohai Trust.
