The Firm is managed by Ramani who is the first point of contact for many clients who rely on her not only for her experienced legal opinions but also for her socio political analyses. She has more than 25 years of experience in the profession and heads the Labour, Tax, Intellectual Property and Immigration practices of the Firm. She is a leading human rights advocate and an expert in Telecom and IT Law and has significant experience in Commercial Contracts, Project Financing and Mergers and Acquisitions. She is a skilled negotiator and the Firm’s key representative with regulators.
