Henry C.W. Hong is the founder and owner of TOPTEAM International Patent and Trademark Office, and a veteran patent attorney highly regarded among his peers, colleagues and community in Taiwan and Japan. He owns extensive knowledge and experience in operations management, patent and trademark prosecution, patent strategy development, and litigation support.

Under his leadership, TOPTEAM has been recognized as a premier specialty law firm in Taiwan particularly noted for patent prosecution, while continuing its growth with a balanced development across all aspects of IPR service. His intuitive grasp of complex matters and clients’ needs has made him a trusted adviser to clients and colleagues.

As a highly proactive member of the Taiwan Patent Attorneys Association (TWPAA) and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA), he also encourages and fully supports young attorneys at TOPTEAM to contribute at the community level.
