Wayne’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate/FDI and China outbound investments. Prior to joining our firm, he worked with a tier one Australian law firm in their Shanghai and Hong Kong offices as a senior lawyer for many years and advised numerous multi-national companies from Australia, America, UK, continental Europe, Japan and Asia on their investments in the PRC.

His clients are from a broad range of industry sectors including energy and resources, pharmaceutical & medical devices, chemical, automobile, electronics, private equity, real estate, banking & finance, wholesale & retail, construction materials and design, logistics, services, TMT, animation, sports equipment, apparel, tourism and publication. He has also advised many PRC companies on their outbound investment projects in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and other jurisdictions, and has solid experiences in managing large size, complex China outbound acquisition projects involving the laws of multiple jurisdictions.
