Jaycen Liao has been admitted to practice in Hong Kong, England & Wales and the PRC for over 13 years. His practice focuses on Hong Kong capital markets matters such as IPOs, bond offerings, take-overs, privatization and listed companies’ general compliance. Jaycen also advises clients on cross-border M&As and private equity investments.  Jaycen has represented many issuers and sponsors of various types of securities offering and other corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Jaycen had years’ practising experience in several top-tier international law firms in London, Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
