Shilpa is a Partner in the Commercial Property team and is based at the firm’s Shirley office.

• Freehold and leasehold property acquisitions and disposals
• Applications for Landlord’s consent to assign / transfer / underlet / make alterations
• Secured lending
• Corporate support (property aspects of business and share sales and acquisitions)
• General commercial property work

Shilpa’s specialities include Landlord and Tenant (non-contentious), freehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and general commercial property work. Having worked in the Black Country for some time she has extensive experience of dealing with industrial units.

Shilpa has experience working with clients in manufacturing, engineering and retail comprising companies, owner-managed businesses, private individuals and partnerships; SIPPS and lenders.
