Bryoney is a Solicitor in the Banking and Finance Team.

Prior to becoming a Solicitor, Bryoney worked for the Real Estate team in Ashfords as a Paralegal where she primarily focused on transactions involving current or future development sites. Whilst working as a Paralegal, Bryoney studied the LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Exeter.

Bryoney is also a member of the XYBC Committee.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Property developers: Supporting the team in advising and assisting in the acquisition of development sites. Property developers: Assisting with the introduction of utility services to development sites. Landowners: Assisting the team in acting for private individuals on the sale of land to developers together with any supplemental agreements.
