Emma advises private clients on residential matters these include residential sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, transfer of part, new build properties and purchases involving help to buy schemes and in addition works closely with estate agents.
Emma joined Ashfords in 2000 and is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer.
