Radhika advises on all aspects of construction procurement including drafting and negotiating building contracts (including JCT and FIDIC standard forms), consultancy agreements, collateral warranties, third party rights, guarantees and bonds.

She acts for a broad spectrum of clients (both domestic and international) including developers, purchasers, private clients, funders and owner occupiers. She advises on procurement strategies, building contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, third-party rights, bonds and guarantees.

Radhika is experienced in development finance, acquisition transactions and development work ranging from office and high-end residential developments to hotels, shopping centres and mixed use schemes.

Radhika is a member of the Society of Construction Law.

Radhika sits on the steering group for our REACH (race, ethnicity and cultural heritage) staff network, a forum for networking and peer support between ethnic minority staff and allies.
