Sarah Inchley is a Senior Associate with over 14 years’ experience in advising clients on all aspects on children law with a particular expertise in international children law matters. Sarah qualified as a solicitor in September 2008.

She has a wealth of experience in representing parents in child abduction cases and relocation cases, private law children matters concerning a dispute about a child, adoption and children public law cases challenging the decision making of local authorities. As a solicitor-advocate, she often represents clients in Court proceedings.

With a background in education law, Sarah is regularly instructed by clients in family law cases where a child at the centre of the dispute has special educational needs or a disability. She is uniquely placed to help clients in these circumstances, combining her specialist knowledge of both education and children law fields. Sarah provides practical and legal solutions that help people navigate the complexities of family life. She is known for her empathetic approach, delivering technical legal knowledge with pragmatic, cost sensitive advice.
