After his judicial clerkship year and after having completed an internship at the European Court of Auditors, Philip trained as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Vienna. In 2010 he joined e|n|w|c Attorneys at Law (now Taylor Wessing CEE).

Philip is a member of the Vienna Bar Association.

Philip Hoflehner is a partner at Taylor Wessing Vienna. He advises national and international companies with regards to Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate Law. He particularly specialises in cross-border M&A transactions and related financing aspects.

Philip studied Law at the University of Vienna as well as International Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. In addition, he obtained a master's degree in International Management (CEMS) in Vienna and in Paris.
