Martin joined e|n|w|c Attorneys at Law (now Taylor Wessing CEE) as an associate in 1996 and has been a partner since 2004.

Martin is a member of the Vienna Bar Association as well as the “International Trade Mark Association‘s European Commitee on Non- Traditional Trade Marks“.

Martin Prohaska-Marchried is a partner and Head of the IP team at Taylor Wessing Vienna. In his more than 15 years of experience he has been focusing on contentious and non-contentious IP. Among his main areas of focus are trade marks & designs, copyright law and advertising law. Martin regularly advises clients - who come from the food industry, telecoms and welding technology, among others - in clearance risks, protection strategies, enforcement and commercial exploitation of trade marks & designs. In addition, he takes care of all legal aspects regarding the clearing of promotions.
