Erwin Hanslik is a partner at Taylor Wessing in the Czech Republic. He heads the offices in Prague and Brno. Erwin advises national and international clients in all aspects of corporate law and has years of experience in M&A. In addition, Erwin specialises in Real Estate and Litigation & Dispute Resolution.

He gained first legal experience being an associate at the Czech law firm Balcar, Polanský & spol. In 2000, he joined e|n|w|c Attorneys at Law (now Taylor Wessing CEE) and became a partner in 2007.

Erwin is a member of the Czech Bar Association, the German-Czech Chamber of Commerce and the “Union Internationale des Advocats”. Furthermore, he is the entrusted attorney of the Austrian embassy in Prague.

Erwin studied law at the University of Salzburg, Austria. His doctorate degree was conferred in 1995.
