Thomas Rechberger is a partner at Taylor Wessing Prague, Czech Republic. His main area of focus is Corporate, however he also specialises in Banking & Finance (including regulatory work) and Restructuring & Corporate Recovery. Thomas Rechberger has in-depth experience in advising national and international corporations in all areas of corporate and commercial law matters, in cases of mergers and other company transformations as well as in insolvency and reorganisation matters.

After his judicial clerkship year he worked as an associate in various law firms specializing in commercial law. In 2007 he joined TaylorWessing e|n|w|c Attorneys at Law (now Taylor Wessing).

Thomas studied law at the University of Linz in Upper Austria. He completed his doctoral studies about Austrian-Czech insolvency law and graduated from the University of Prague, Czech Republic.
