Janka Brezániová is a partner at Taylor Wessing Prague, Czech Republic and has more than ten years of experience. She mainly focuses on providing advice in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law. She has extensive experience with transactions across a wide range of industries, both on the domestic and international level. Janka also specialises in the field of labour law and personal data protection.

Janka gained experience at Linklaters and Clifford Chance, and also worked at JŠK. During her practice, Janka also worked for international offices in Stockholm and London. She joined Taylor Wessing as a senior lawyer in 2018 and became a partner in 2019.

Janka graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She also completed a two-year study of European Law at the University of Cambridge.
