Alexander Koepfler primarily advises project developers, constructors, investors and property owners. He specialises in public law in relation to real estate.

Many of the projects he has coordinated range from office buildings and high-rise residential buildings to accommodation development, shopping malls, sites for clinical institutions, distribution properties and projects in the area of renewable energies. The focus of his practice is on the procurement of building permits, assuming the defence in the area of construction law against actions brought by third parties and coordinating real estate transactions (due diligence). In this context, Alexander particularly advises clients on preparing development plans, the execution of building permission and planning permission procedures, the defence of lawsuits brought by neighbours, the conclusion of contracts for urban development, as well as on any compliance issues related to real estate.
