Prior to joining now Taylor Wessing CEE as a partner, he worked as a senior associate at Magnusson Law Firm. He has also gained excellent experience as an associate at WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr and at Beiten Burkhardt, both in Poland.

Olav is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Olav Nemling is a partner at Taylor Wessing Warsaw, Poland. He specialises in Energy & Environment and has in-depth knowledge in all areas regarding renewable energy projects, in particular wind energy projects, as well as in the energy & electricity sectors. Olav has also represented national and international clients in regulatory matters in the Polish energy regulator. In addition, he advises national and international companies in M&A and private equity transactions. Olav also specialises in all areas of corporate law, be it company formation, restructuring or liquidation

Olav studied law and adminstration at the University of Warsaw as well as law at the University Cristobal Colan, Veracruz, Mexico. During his studies he participated in the Erasmus scholarship at the University of Granada, Spain. Olav also completed the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw.
