Position

Konrad Kohutek is a counsel at Taylor Wessing Warsaw in Poland. He is an expert in Competition, EU & Trade with many years of experience in advising national and international clients in all areas of competition law as well as antitrust and regulatory issues.

Career

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing in 2016, Konrad was a counsel at Kaczor, Klimczyk, Pucher, Wypiór (KKPW) Attorneys at Law in Warsaw and an associate at the Polish-German Centre of Banking Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

He is a member of the Competition Law Association in Warsaw and a member of the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies at the faculty of management of the University of Warsaw.

Education

Konrad studied law at the Jagiellonian University and completed postgraduate studies in American Law and German Law. His doctorate degree was conferred in 2003. In addition, he completed the Alexander von Humboldt scholarship at the University of Heidelberg, Germany, and received his habilitation in 2013.
