Marcin worked for CMS Cameron McKenna Attorneys at Law in Warsaw as an associate. He then joined the tax law boutique Zimny Doradcy Podatkowi as a senior associate, in 2015 he additionally joined Taylor Wessing as a counsel

He is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.

Marcin Sroga is a counsel and a member of the Tax team at Taylor Wessing Warsaw, Poland. Among others he advises international and national clients on all tax aspects of M&A, financing and real estate transactions. He specialises in matters regarding income tax, international tax law as well as tax dispute resolution.

Marcin graduated from the law department of the University of Silesia in Poland.
