Prior to joining Taylor Wessing in 2013, Marcin gained experience working in a renowned Polish law firm. He also worked in various District and Regional Courts.

Marcin is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Marcin Przybysz is a senior associate at Taylor Wessing in Warsaw, Poland. He specialises in Commercial as well as in all areas of IP/IT. He has broad experience in consumer law with a particular focus on e-commerce projects. Marcin advises national and international clients with regards to the operation of various internet platforms including web-shops, online gaming platforms, web contests, etc. He also specialises in the protection of intellectual property rights including copyrights, trade marks and designs. In addition, his areas of expertise also include new technologies, data protection and gambling law.

Marcin studied law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, Poland. In addition, he graduated from the University of Warsaw in Corporate Law. Currently, Marcin is enhancing his practical knowledge within the field of IP during his studies at the H. Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property Rights in Warsaw.
