Olena Stakhurska is a partner at Taylor Wessing CEE. She heads the office in Kiev. Olena specialises in advising national and international clients in all areas of Corporate. In addition, she focuses on Competition, EU & Trade and Employment & Pensions. She is also a member of the Taylor Wessing „Italy Group“ and the „Russia/CIS Group“.

Before joining e|n|w|c Attorneys at Law (now Taylor Wessing CEE) in 2008, Olena worked for Rödl & Partner in the fields of corporate and commercial law.

Since 2016, she has been chairman of the „working committee for law” of the German Chamber of Foreign Trade in Ukraine. Moreover, she is a board member of the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK). Olena is a member of the Kiev Bar Association.

Olena studied “International Relations and International Law” at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev and completed postgraduate LL.M. studies focused on “International Commercial Law” at the University of Hamburg, Germany.
