Raimund Cancola is Managing Partner and Head of Corporate / M&A at Taylor Wessing CEE. Together with his team he advises renowned national and international corporations in all areas of corporate law, one focus being cross border M&A and private equity transactions.

Raimund is a University lecturer at the Institute for Business and Tax Law at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. Following his studies of law and business administration at the University of Graz, Austria and his judicial clerkship year, Raimund was an associate with Eiselsberg & Natlacen Attorneys at Law. He became a partner in 1994, after having accomplished a secondment at Arthur Loke & Partners in Singapore.
