Antoni is a proficient banking & finance lawyer with a special focus on financing and refinancing transactions in domestic and cross-border projects, including real property finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance and project finance. He also advises on the restructuring of existing debts (including in distressed projects), intra-group financing and documentation for standard banking products (such as guarantees and cash-pooling agreements). He acts for banks, syndicates, private funds as well as for the borrower’s side including sponsors and project companies.

Due to his many years of experience, Antoni also has profound know-how in advising national as well as international clients in questions regarding regulatory, transactional and corporate aspects of banking operations and operations of close-end investment funds.
