Michaela Petritz-Klar is a partner and head of the Tax team in CEE. She has comprehensive expertise in all areas of tax law and advises national and international clients on M&A transactions, private equity, capital markets, restructurings, corporate tax planning and project finance. In addition, Michaela gives tax advice to high net worth individuals and is also active in the tax optimization of funds.

After her judicial clerkship year, Michaela became an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Attorneys at Law in Vienna. After that, she has been a senior associate for 5 years at the renowned law firm Wolf Theiss Attorneys at Law in Vienna. Before joining Taylor Wessing Vienna, Michaela led the Tax Practice Group at first at Weber Attorneys at Law and then at Schönherr Attorneys at Law.
