Eva Smoleňová is a senior associate at Taylor Wessing Bratislava, Slovakia. She supports her team in advising national and international clients mainly in the areas of Environmental, Planning & Regulatory, Commercial as well as IP/IT.

Eva gained experience working for two law firms in the UK. During her time at Property Law Partners in Woking she came across matters concerning conveyancing, whilst with The Castle Partnership in Guildford she got insight into English criminal procedure law. Prior to joining e|n|w|c Attorneys at Law (now Taylor Wessing CEE) in 2011, Eva worked as a junior associate at the law office of Mgr. Tomáš Rašovský in Bratislava.

In 2013, Eva became an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court JUSECO. She is a member of the Slovak Bar Association.

Eva was awarded a master’s degree from the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. In 2010/2011, she also studied International Commercial Law at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, where she was awarded a master’s degree with distinction.
