Andrzej Mikosz is a partner in the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team at Taylor Wessing in Warsaw, Poland. He has a profound specialization and many years of experience especially in public M&A, capital markets and related regulatory. He has been providing corporate clients as well as public authorities with his strategic advise in some most demanding and critical situations.

Prior to joining Taylor Wessing CEE in 2019, Andrzej was a partner at K&L Gates as well as at Hogan&Hartson for many years.

Andrzej is a member of the Poznań Bar Association, a member of the Founders' Council of St. Benedict Foundation (publisher of „Christianitas” quarterly) and a member of the Association „Jewish Historical Institute” in Warsaw.

Andrzej studied law at the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań.
