Senior Associate
Jasmin Schlee is a member of the Corporate Practice Area and the Energy & Infrastructure Industry Group. Her practice includes advising companies on corporate transactions as well as on general corporate law issues, particularly in the renewable energy sector. In particular, Jasmin Schlee provides comprehensive advice on renewable energy transactions and on the drafting and negotiation of corporate power purchase agreements.
Jasmin Schlee studied at the University of Münster and the University of Paris-Descartes (Paris V). She passed her first state law examination in 2015. After her legal traineeship at the Schleswig-Holstein Higher Regional Court with stations at Hogan Lovells LLP in Hamburg, the German Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva and the German Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, among others, she passed her second state law examination in 2018.
Jasmin Schlee was admitted to the German Bar in 2019 and has since strengthened Taylor Wessing’s team at the Hamburg office.
