Carsten Bartholl heads up Taylor Wessing’s international Energy & Infrastructure Group. He also leads the German Corporate / M&A Real Estate, Infrastructure & Energy Group. Based on his experience from over 100 national and international M&A transactions, Carsten is one of the leading experts in this area, particularly, for projects in the area of renewable energies and for investments in technologies to avoid and reduce CO2 emissions.
His practice also includes providing ongoing advise and developing the respective investment projects in an innovative way, thereby always keeping his client’s interests in mind. Carsten also focuses on advising clients in the areas of entertainment and sports, in which he has provided legal support with respect to M&A projects for many years.
He is held in high esteem for his determined yet experienced hands-on approach to advising his clients – regardless of whether they come from the energy industry or any other sector.
