Axel Godron heads up the Practice Group Private Client and specialises in company succession and private asset succession, in advising shareholders of family businesses, and in foundation law. His expertise in the field of succession consultation extends to international succession planning and the settlement of international estates (with a focus on the USA, the UK, and southern Europe).
His clients include numerous German entrepreneurial families, their foundations and family offices, as well as internationally active artists and athletes. Axel has been providing advice to a number of entrepreneurial families on a permanent basis in the sense of a “trusted advisor”. In this capacity, he has assumed the activities of a member of the advisory board or of an executor.
