Taylor Wessing begleitet Familienunternehmen, Family Offices und vermögende Privatpersonen in erb-, gesellschafts- und familienrechtlichen sowie stiftungs- und steuerrechtlichen Fragen, wobei man durch die internationale Aufstellung neben nationalen Themen auch oftmals grenzüberschreitend agiert. Besondere Expertise demonstriert man hierbei in der Begleitung von inhaberbezogenen Transaktions- und Umstrukturierungsprojekten sowie der Errichtung von Holding-Strukturen für privates und unternehmerisches Vermögen, was nicht zuletzt der engen Kooperation mit der Corporate-Abteilung aus der Industry Group Private Wealth geschuldet ist. Martin Kraus steht der Private Wealth-Gruppe vor, während Axel Godron die Private Clients-Gruppe leitet.
