Taylor Wessing begleitet Familienunternehmen, Family Offices und vermögende Privatpersonen in erb-, gesellschafts- und familienrechtlichen sowie stiftungs- und steuerrechtlichen Fragen, wobei man durch die internationale Aufstellung neben nationalen Themen auch oftmals grenzüberschreitend agiert. Martin Kraus steht der Private Wealth-Gruppe vor, während Axel Godron die Private Clients-Gruppe leitet.
