Nazia joined Teacher Stern’s property litigation team in January 2008 and has over 10 years’ experience in dealing with a broad range of contentious issues acting on behalf of Landlord and Tenants on both residential and commercial properties.  She is able to navigate through complex property disputes to achieve a quick and cost effective resolution whilst ensuring the client’s commercial objectives are met.

Nazia’s expertise includes providing specialist advice and support on enforcement of security and recoveries strategy to secured lenders ranging from hedge funds, bridging and mezzanine lenders.

She has a particular specialism working with LPA receivers on both residential and commercial property, and is an Associate member of NARA – the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers.

Nazia has also worked on a number of professional negligence cases against surveyors on behalf of lenders.
