Ms. Xu first joined Han Kun in December 2004. She worked for the Beijing office ofan international law firm prior to rejoining Han Kun in 2010.Ms. Xu has rich experience in handling domestic and cross-border transactions inprivate equity investments/financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporaterestructurings and IPOs. The clients she represents cover a wide range of industries,including telecommunications, media, technology, healthcare, biotechnology,transportation, manufacturing and retail.Ms. Xu has represented numerous private equity funds and companies in their domesticand cross-border private equity investments and has assisted many start-ups, fastgrowing or well-established companies in their private equity financings. Ms. Xu hasconsiderable experience in handling cross-border and domestic M&A transactions andhas advised a large number of multinational and domestic companies in many largescale M&A transactions. Ms. Xu has also represented a number of PRC companies intheir IPOs in the United States and Hong Kong exchange markets.
